To participate in the Best and Bash GNAAA Art Show and Sale in 2025.

WHAT:

GNAAA ART SHOW AND SALE

WHEN: 

Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 10:00 to 4:00 pm.

WHERE: 

Best and Bash Banquet Hall (formerly Strathcona Paper Centre) in Napanee.

$35.00

Only Available to GNAAA Members

To apply you must complete the form on this page and agree to the terms and conditions of the show.

Tables (8’ x 2.5’) and chairs are provided.  Table covering will be your responsibility.  Spaces are approximately 10’ x 5.5’, so whatever you use to display your work, must fit in that area.  You will be contacted at a later date to let us know what you require in your space.

We will be accepting a limited number of applicants on a first come first serve basis.  When our limit is reached, an email will be sent out to those artists to confirm acceptance and ask for payment of the $35.00 fee. E-transfer for Best & Bash should be sent to napaneearts@gmail.com

I acknowledge that I understand and will adhere to the following:

  1. Payment in the amount $35.00 to be e-transferred within one week to gnaaa.ca once notification of acceptance is received. E-transfer for Best & Bash show should be sent to napaneearts@gmail.com
    NOTE: DO NOT send payment until you receive notification of acceptance!
  2. Doors will be unlocked at 8:30 am for setup, and I will not pack up before 4:00 pm
  3. GNAAA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  4. I will have a choice to help raise funds for the charities listed below by donating priced art piece(s). Funds collected will be donated to Morningstar Mission, Napanee Kitten Rescue and Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre. The customer will donate to the charity of their choice.
  5. A flyer will be provided both digitally and hard copy to circulate to friends, family, work colleagues etc., using word of mouth and social media.
We will do our best to make this a fun and successful event for all. Advertising will also be done through paid ads, flyers, social media posts and vendor spotlights.
