2nd Annual GNAAA Paint Challenge

The second annual GNAAA Paint Challenge featured a local barn, photographed by Ruth McCurdy Photography. What follows are the interpretations of several of our talented members, each bringing their own unique artistic vision to the challenge.  The resulting paintings showcase a wonderful variety of styles, techniques, and perspectives, demonstrating the creativity and talent within our membership. The collection will eventually be displayed at the Napanee Library for the public to enjoy.

Thank you to all of the artists who participated and helped make this year’s Paint Challenge such a success.

About The GNAAA

The Greater Napanee and Area Arts Association is a volunteer, not-for-profit association formed in November 2014 to support the advancement and promotion of its members and of the visual arts in the community. A variety of activities and events are offered to our members.

Membership is open to all visual artists (aspiring, professional, student), businesses and organizations involved in the visual arts, as well as individual and corporate supporters of artists.

For the purpose of this organization, the term “Artist” is defined as someone engaged in the creation of original visual artwork in any medium (oil, acrylic, glass, wood, metal, jewellery, photography, fibres, clay etc.).
