Sherry Pringle
Sherry Pringle Artist, loves the freedom of expression she finds in collage and mixed media. Subjects range from florals, scenery, ships and historical themes. Medium is acrylic, collage and mixed media. Some of her historical pieces tell stories through visual renderings. Works can be found at the Juno Beach Centre and Fort Montbarey, France, the Billy Bishop Home & Museum in Owen Sound, On and at the Bath Museum.
Sherry Pringle is also the author of two WWII non- fiction books, “All the Ship’s Men: HMCS Athabaskan’s Untold Stories” 2nd Edition and “Extraordinary Women, Extraordinary Times; Canadian Women of WWII” and a children’s book, “ Grandpa Was a Ram”, written and illustrated with her grandson, Jackson Pringle.
She is a member of the GNAAA, a former president of Gallery 121, Belleville, The County Scribblers and The Writers’ Union of Canada”.
