Margaret is originally from Montreal where as a young girl she was inspired to paint by an amazing art teacher. After moving to Ajax, she began taking local workshops to reignite that passion she discovered from her teacher.
Currently living in Kingston, Ontario, Margaret works mostly from her home studio and is a member of several art groups. She enjoys working in watercolours, acrylics, mixed media and now mostly works with Alcohol inks that she has been teaching for numerous years.
Her paintings are inspired by her love of animals, flowers and through her travels. She paints the moments taken often through husband’s lens that tells a story and captures the beauty in nature.
Margaret also makes beautiful one of a kind jewellery. Her pieces are all handcrafted and the gemstones are all personally selected to ensure the best quality and effects.
