Best & Bash Show – Vendor Space Requirements

We are finalizing the floor plan for the Best & Bash event, and need you to confirm your requirements. Please review the details below and provide your responses by May 31st.

Silver are 6’ x 2’ & they come in twos (two wired together)

White are 7’ x 2’ & they come in twos (two wired together

Black are 6’ x 2’ – limited number available;

White 4’ x 5’ (only 3 available)

How many grids?

Do you wish to borrow wooden floor easels?(Required)

How many easels?

Note: Grids & Easels are available at North Fredricksburgh Hall.
They will need to be signed out Oct. 23rd from 1 – 3 and signed back in - Oct. 30th 1 – 3
Please note that transporting the grids & easels is your responsibility, so please make sure they fit in your vehicle.

Please let us know what is the main product you plan to sell. For example, acrylic paintings, silk scarves, framed photographs.(Required)

Please let us know what configuration you plan to use, example: table, grids behind a table, bringing your own smaller table, grid attached to a table, grids only, so that we can place you in an appropriate location.(Required)
