Note: Booth space is approximately 10' x 6'. Your display must fit into this area.

Require 8' x 2.5' table

Require electrical access

Require Chairs (type number of chairs required below)

Require GNAAA grids (volunteer will contact you)

Acknowledgement for The Big Art Splash Art Show & Sale participants.

I acknowledge that I understand and will adhere to the following:

✓ I understand registration is first come, first served.
✓ I will NOT send payment until requested.
✓ Booth fee is $45.00 and is due one week within payment request.
✓ Refunds are available until September 30th; none after October 1.
✓ I will remain setup until 4:00 pm. on the day of the show.
✓ I am responsible for my own artwork and display.
